Well shoot.. I got tattooed and pierced before I was 18, I hope the shop I went to over 5 years ago, thats popular and still in business today doesnt go down in flames! Ha! Its so awesome you can pierce people, I dont have the stomach to do it
My hands never shake when I do it, the only ‘problem’ i’ve ever come acrossed was a shakey client so i gave them a soda to raise their blood sugar waited a few minutes and pierced them :) and some states you only need to be 16 to get pierced at. hawaii for instance is one of those.

You dont pierce anyone under the age of 16 well newsflash you will get in some huge trouble if you pierce anyone under 18.. Not to mention if you pierced my daughter or son that were 16 or 17 id have you arrested.
um excuse sir/ma’am as long as the parents sign a document stateing they allow it and i make a copy of their ID I can pierce them. so you can fuck right off :D

yeah, I wont pierce anyone under 16 most the time unless their parents say its okay or it’s just an ear.

hmm fantasy as in how? everyone has multiple fantasies ranging from what they fantasize sexually or what they want to do when they grow up or their own world of adventures or what they dream would happen or be true. I have a lot of fantasies as do most people in fact, I would say I dream up at least 5 different fantasies before lunch.
